Yes! You can remove a user from your workspace and invite someone else to take their place at any time.
Do developers need a seat in Ditto?
Depending on if they interact with product text, it can be helpful for developers to be in Ditto to manage text IDs, view/copy IDs when implementing mockups, or managing the API key for the Ditto API/CLI.
Generally speaking, who should be an editor and who should be a reviewer?
Although this differs team by team, we typically see roles that edit text, implement text in designs, or manage design/content systems need editor capabilities in Ditto — these are often product designers and writers. Roles adjacent to product and design, such as compliance/legal, leadership, and marketing, can be brought into Ditto as reviewers.
How can I cancel my paid plan?
You can cancel your paid plan at any time in the Billing page of your Account Settings. After cancelling, you'll still have access to your paid plan until the end of the last billing period.
How many components will I need for my published text library?
On our Complete Plan, we allow for custom payment terms, alternate payment methods (such as ACH), and support for purchase orders.
How many people can use the developer integrations?
Our developer integrations apply to the entire workspace –– an unlimited number of developers –– allowing them to fetch any of the text in your Ditto workspace using our API or CLI.
What does onboarding and support look like on the Complete plan?
For teams on our Complete plan, we'll work directly with your team to plan a rollout, train all team members, and provide step-by-step developer guidance for our developer integrations. We'll also set up a shared realtime chat channel (i.e. Slack, Microsoft Teams), provide a dedicated customer success manager, and work closely together on workflow implementation and change management. For more information about our Complete plan, contact us using the Enterprise form above.
